mental health services

The Other Place Mental Health Services intends to provide supplementary community psychiatric support services to homeless individuals in partnership with other community mental health agencies. This program will provide care to homeless individuals until long-term community linkage is established. For those already linked, the program coordinates with their primary community mental health agency.

TOP Mental Health Services is certified by the Ohio Department of Mental Health (ODMH).

In 2007, TOP Mental Health Services was awarded three-year accreditation by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) for the following programs:

• Case Management/Services Coordination: Mental Health (Adults)
• Outpatient Treatment: Mental Health (Adults)
